Terms and Conditions

1. General

The present General Conditions of Use and Contracting (hereinafter, "the General Conditions"), govern the access and use of the website taninowines.com (hereinafter, "the Website"), as well as the sales of products made in Spain, including the Canary Islands and the Balearic Islands by Distribuidora Perea SA, with CIF number A-26053363, hereinafter TANINO WINES, for natural and legal persons.

The simple access to the Website converts whoever makes it into the User of the Website (hereinafter, "the User"), as well as the acquisition of any of the products offered on the website, necessarily implies the acceptance of all the terms included in these General Conditions. In case of not agreeing with these General Conditions, the User must immediately leave the Website without using it.

By means of the acceptance of these General Conditions, the User states:

• That you have read and understood what is stated here.

• That he is of legal age in accordance with the regulations in force at his place of residence, otherwise the child must leave the website immediately.

• That, if you are willing to hire a product and / or service, you have sufficient capacity to do so.

• That it assumes all the obligations set forth herein.

The User must read these General Conditions each time he accesses the Website, since both the Website and the General Conditions may be modified.

TANINO WINES reserves the right to make, at any time, any modification to the Website, both its contents and services, these General Conditions and, in general, how many elements make up the design and configuration of the Website.

The modification of these General Conditions will not affect the goods or promotions that have been acquired prior to said modification.

2.Prices

The prices published on the Website are in Euros (€) and are valid except for typographical errors. All prices carry the Value Added Tax (VAT included) applicable on the day of the order, any change of VAT rate will be applied automatically to the prices of the products on sale on the Website.

Offers on products for sale on the Website will be shown in the "Offers" section or will be indicated on the product's card and, if not indicated otherwise, will be valid as long as they are displayed on the screen.

3.Payment Methods

When making the order, the customer can freely choose to pay the purchases made on the Website through: Bank transfer, Paypal and credit card.

TANINO WINES does not have access to the banking data linked to the means of payment and does not know or can not register this information during the payment.

4.Products

The products offered on the Website are valid within the limit of available stocks. TANINO WINES reserves the right to modify the product assortment based on their availability.

In the event that a product is not available after the purchase has been made, TANINO WINES will inform the user of the total or partial cancellation of the order.

The photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products offered for sale are only indicative and do not commit in any way to TANINO WINES.

5.Shipment

TANINO WINES makes shipments in Peninsular Spain, the Canary and Balearic Islands and also to UE Countries (listed bellow)

For European countries outside Spain see prices on the table below.

The products purchased will be delivered to the person and to the address indicated in the order.

• By default, the invoices will be sent to the email address indicated by the client at the time of their registration on the Website.

• On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no departure or delivery of orders.

• Notwithstanding its delay will not imply or cancellation of the order or compensation.

• An order is considered delivered when the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt. It is up to the customer to check the status of the goods upon receipt and indicate any anomalies on the delivery receipt.

TANINO WINES will not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product is not made as a result of the inaccuracy or falseness of the data provided by the User, as well as in the event that the delivery can not be made for reasons beyond TANINO WINES, such as the absence of the recipient at the delivery address.

In case of absence of the recipient and whenever possible, will be left with the necessary information to agree a new delivery at the address of the recipient or the necessary indications for it to pick up the product to a certain place.

In any case, after 7 days since the last delivery attempt without the order having been delivered, the same will be returned to the origin proceeding to terminate the contract.

Canary Islands

*The prices of the tables are in Euros (€) and include insurance and VAT.

*For the Canary Islands, the customer must pay the cost plus taxes.

* The standard reference bottles in these tables are the 75 cl wine bottles.

The delivery will be made between 24 or 48 hours once the order leaves the warehouse, except for the Balearic Islands which will be from 5 to 10 days and for the Canary Islands which will be from 6 to 10 days.  

TANINO WINES is not responsible for the delay in the entry of orders due to causes of force majeure or causes not directly attributable to TANINO WINES. In any case, the delivery time will be a maximum of 30 working days from the completion of the purchase.

The delivery will be made between 3 to 9 days (depending of the delivery country) once the order leaves the warehouse, 

TANINO WINES is not responsible for the delay in the entry of orders due to causes of force majeure or causes not directly attributable to TANINO WINES. In any case, the delivery time will be a maximum of 30 working days from the completion of the purchase.

EUROPE DELIVERIES ABROAD EU

*Orders will be made without Spanish VAT and the customer will be responsible for paying tariffs or customs corresponding to the country of destination.

(An email from the transport company will be send to the customer were he/she can pay the taxes corresponding to the delivery country in order to receive the goods).

*The customer will be responsible for complying with the legislation of his/her country on the introduction of alcoholic beverages.

6.Returns of products

6.1. Withdrawal

In compliance with current regulations, you have the right to return any item purchased on the Website within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. Once this term of 14 calendar days has expired, TANINO WINES will not accept returns for withdrawal.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must indicate his intention to withdraw within the deadline indicated in the email info@taninowines.com, including without name, address and order number.

You will not have to provide any explanation, any bottle, purchased on the Website, returned in its original packaging and that retains its original labeling, unopened and in perfect condition will be accepted without further ado.

The cost of the return will be borne by the buyer.

Once the merchandise has been received and verified its correct condition, TANINO WINES will reimburse the amount paid by the buyer within a reasonable time.

6.2. Returns

If the cause of the return was that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to what was requested in the order, TANINO WINES will bear the cost of the return and new shipment. If the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfy you, we will refund the amount but not the shipping costs or return costs.

6.3. Cancel order:

If the cancellation of the order arrives before the departure of goods, the client will not have any expense. In the case of an annulment after the order is released, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as the return costs of this same order.

7.Nullity and inefficiency of the clauses

In the event that any Clause of these General Conditions is declared void, it will proceed to the withdrawal or replacement of the same. In any case, said declaration of nullity will not affect the validity of the rest of the provisions included in these General Conditions.

8.Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

The interpretation and execution of these General Conditions, as well as all acts resulting from them, will be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public order provisions that are contrary to this.
