Malpaso 2017 de Bodegas Canopy, es un vino tinto que, bajo la Denominación de Origen Méntrida, está elaborado con uva Syrah 100% procedentes de viñas de entre 15 y 30 años. Se ha envejecido 12 meses en barricas de roble francés de 400 y 500 litros.

La bodega practica la agricultura ecológica en sus viñas de Toledo, con la mínima intervención posible, respetando al máximo la biodiversidad de la zona. El resultado es que Malpaso es un vino con una personalidad muy marcada que lo hace único, un vino que refleja todas las características de la uva syrah.
