Poças Pink Port 50 cl is a Rosé Port produced by Poças, a historic producer in the Douro, from a selection of traditional red grape varieties: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca and Tinto Cão. The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo controlled fermentation with short maceration, which gives the wine its rosé colour while preserving its fruity character.

Fermentation is stopped by the addition of grape spirit, and the wine is subsequently aged in stainless steel tanks.
