Travaglini Nebolé 2019 is a traditional method sparkling wine produced by the historic Italian winery Travaglini in Gattinara, Piedmont.

It is made from Nebbiolo grapes, a variety rarely used for sparkling wine production. The base wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks before undergoing a second fermentation in bottle. The wine is then aged for a minimum of 46 months on its lees.

This is a gastronomic Italian sparkling wine, distinguished by its pronounced mineral character, a reflection of the volcanic soils that define the terroir of Northern Piedmont.
