Begoña de Amaren Blanco 2021 is Jon Cañas’ most personal project. With this wine, he pays tribute to his mother, Begoña, while launching a new era for the winery—one rooted in traditional craftsmanship and sustainability.

This limited-production white wine (only 2,976 bottles) is crafted in egg-shaped micro-cement tanks, aged for two years, and cellared for another two years in the bottle before release.

The result is an exceptional, age-worthy white wine that stands out for its remarkable elegance and vibrant mineral freshness.
