Gallina de Piel Cava Keiva 2022

Keiva 2022 is an organic and vegan sparkling wine crafted by Gallina de Piel Wines under the D.O. Cava appellation in Penedès. This sparkling wine is born from a selection of indigenous grapes, featuring 60% Xarel·lo and 40% Macabeo.

Crafted using the traditional method, it undergoes a minimum of 20 months of lees aging. It stands out due to its dosage (expedition liqueur), which is uniquely made from late-harvest Xarel·lo.

The result is a sophisticated wine with fine bubbles, offering a fresh, creamy texture and a surprisingly elegant palate.
